A tricky one!
It might be that wp-rocket deletes the entire data stored in the Redis server. Solutions I can think of are:
1. Use different Redis instances for those two (this might not be convenient and event possible in most cases)
2. Implement some hooks so after wp-rocket finished clearing its cache, re-index the RediSearch.
Option 2 is more reasonable and logical, I will look into it.
I have a nother sugestion for you… Is there posible to have a multisite setting panel for all subsites? To force some options on the entire network.
