Redo Plugin Setup Failure (1.172.0)

    Hey there,

    When redoing plugin setup, I’m running into the following error message “the link is expired.” I’ve followed the linked instructions, and also deactivated Autoptimize in case there was some extra URL stripping happening, but to no avail.

    Running Site Kit 1.172.0 on WP 6.8.3

    The plugin stopped injecting our GTM script when we upgraded from ^1.168 (don’t remember the exact version number, but it was in the high 160s) to 1.172.

    I’ve injected the script via wp_head so there’s not really urgency on this request, mostly an FYI.

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. Do you have the Site Kit plugin set up or are you unable to complete setup which is when you see this message?
    3. Do you encounter the same when following the troubleshooting steps here? Do you encounter the message when in troubleshooting mode with just Site Kit active?
