reduce header size

    Hi,
    I’ve started a Web site using you theme, I like most features, it’s wille responsive, the only problem I have is with header images : first, I would like to reduce the height, (eg use 200 px instead of 320) , I’ve tried to change the height in custom-header.php, if I choose a new image it says that it will be 1600×200, but it does not work really, the displayed image keeps the same size, only much more pixellised.
