Hi dmbox,
Could you send me a link to the page on your site where you’re displaying the feed so that I can take a look?
Many thanks,
John

Thanks dmbox. It looks like your theme just has that much space above the content area in that page template. You can work around this by setting a negative margin on the top of the Facebook feed. To do this just add the following to the plugin’s Custom CSS section, which is under the Misc tab on the plugin’s Customize page:
.cff-wrapper{ margin-top: -50px; }
Let me know whether that works for you, and I hope you’re having a good day!

Beautiful….I should have tried that, thank you.
Can I upgrade my $49 Personal License, to the Business one that sells for $99?
I see the upgrade info on sBallons’ site, but don’t quite understand the cost.
Great support,
dmbox

Just of note, I have used the plugin on 2 different themes and have had the same issue with the gap as the OP. Thanks for the CSS fix. You might want to test it on some other themes, you may notice it’s a bigger issue than you think.
Great plugin over. Best I have used for this task by far. I will be getting my client to purchase a license.
That’s strange. There’s no margin or padding applied to the top of the feed at all in the plugin and so I’m not sure what would be causing a gap for you. Do you have the Facebook “Like box” set to display at the top of your feed?
In the OP’s case it was his theme that was adding a 100px padding at the top of the page and so applying a negative margin to the top of the Facebook feed container compensated for that. The plugin’s been tested on a variety of different themes but I’d be happy to test it on some more. So that I can see what was causing the issue in your case is it possible to send me a link to where you’re displaying the feed on your site so that I can take a look? Even though you used the CSS fix I should still be able to see what was causing the problem.
Many thanks!
John
