As it says in the first line on that page you linked to, that extension is meant for use with WooCommerce Subscriptions
If you’re referring to WooCommerce Subscriptions, or one of the other premium extensions for WooCommerce Subscriptions, then you can get support for it by logging into you WooCommerce.com account, and then following this link:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
Select WooCommerce Subscriptions from the I need help with list and add the details of your enquiry there.
If you’re referring to a different plugin altogether, then please reach out to the developers of that plugin, for their support and insight.

As EastOfWest indicated, WooCommerce Subscriptions is a premium extension that we support by email. You can reach us for questions about that extension by logging into your account at WooCommerce.com and going to My Account > Support.
