Is there away to stop 2017 theme picture from filling the screen. see missioneasysofware.com. I like the picture but not full screen all the time.

You can achieve this by applying following CSS code.
```
div#content {
    height: 270px;
    background-color: #f2e571;
    padding-top: 20px;
}
```

It worked but I removed height: 270px; it set to small for some and a larger value set some pages to large, but the height now is fine
