Hello, I have been having an issue with the header and footer of my wp theme. They changed unexpectedly and reverted back to the theme default header and footer. After trying to revert back to different PHP versions, backups, etc, I came to understand that my theme settings is using Redux, and within my theme settings there was a link to this page. I hope I came to the right place. It seems others have had a similar issue.

Whenever I try to make changes to the header and footer via the theme settings, they won’t take effect after saving.

However, the theme I use is named Rakon.

    What can I do?

    Hi,

We don’t actually support themes and theme users as we do not have access to the theme itself and can do no debugging, and if it’s a premium theme, posts about those are not permitted here per WordPress guidelines. You’ll have to contact the theme author via their ThemeForest page and report this to them. If they determine the issue is Redux, they’ll have to file an issue on our issue tracker, and we’ll work with them to discover if Redux is the issue they are the only ones who can provide us a copy of their theme for testing purposes.

    Good luck.
