    Hi,

my website runs Voice Theme and it uses Redux for page options and about 2 weeks ago we started to have problems with people editing posts and someone else editing the same post without being notified by WordPress that both was editing the same post.

Also we use Mailster plugins which uses Heartbeat API to count clicks and opened campaigns in realtime and it was broken too.

I have one more website which uses the same plugins and it had the same problem.
After disabling Redux everything is working fine again.
At least I can keep Redux disabled and only need it if I need to change anything on my Theme options.
Can you take a look at it?
    Regards, Leonardo

    Hi,

Can you check the dev tools and see if there are errors, and if there is, please provide a screenshot or paste the error message here.

You can check this article on how to use the dev tools – https://help.elucidat.com/en/articles/1711198-detecting-errors-in-the-developer-tools

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

Can you provide the list of plugins that you’re using? I’d like to try to replicate your issue and test it on my end so i can get a better idea on what’s really causing your issue.

    Kind Regards,
    Arreane
