    Hello,
    i need a Refer a friend program that :
    Admin can generate a coupon and gives to user A (who want refer a fried)
    if the referral(user B ) used that coupon, (user B ) will get a selected product (by admin) as gift, and user A can get % of the user B invoice amount.
    is this plugin give my requirement ?

    Hi,

    Your case is covered by premium versions of Affiliates Pro and Affiliates Enterprise. You may see the plugin descriptions here and here.
    As for coupon generation there is another premium plugin, Affiliates Coupons which will generate coupons and assign them automatically to your affiliates.

    Regarding granting a gift product to the referred user who used an affiliate coupon, this requires a custom implementation to check for the coupon used and give a pre-selected product as gift.
