Reference / Deep link in RSS feed

Hello,

This is a very typical and critical query.

I need to know how to add ‘reference link to the location of the image on the site’ in RSS.

For eg. if I am sharing an article via RSS feed, how can we add a deep link to the accompanying image in the post / article.

If the article is this
Then, in the RSS feed we need the deep link to the accompanying image, like this

How can this be achieved? Kindly guide.
