Hello,

Errors like below are sometimes showing up on my cart page. Any idea what is the cause of such errors? I would be very grateful for any advice!

Hi @pomagaj

If you’re using a caching plugin then that’s the cause. You need to add the js.stripe.com script to the list of excluded scripts.

Hi,

I`m having this issue when I click on checkout on my website :(ReferenceError: Stripe is not defined) and Gpay is not even showing on my website either despite the fact that i already integrated this ages ago.

Could anyone please talk me through the steps to rectify this issue?

Hi @bayish,

If you’re using a caching plugin like WPRocket, you need to add js.stripe.com to the list of excluded scripts for minification, delayed loading, and async.

Hi @mrclayton,

Thanks for your reply but i tried the steps as i`m using WP rockets and the error still persists.

I have deactivated stripe and only using paypal at the moment but still need urgent solution to this.. any further help/assistance would be appreciated by you or anyone else.

If you use the forum search feature you will find a ton of similar threads and the culprit is always WPRocket. Make sure you entered the script correctly in all three of the settings that I mentioned in the previous reply.

I am positive that is the issue here. It is not because of a bug in the plugin.
