    It’s not a public site. The error appears on every page that uses a shortcode to display events. But a link is not necessary. A developer seeing that error will understand they didn’t check that a variable exists before trying to use it and be able to fix it.

    But the error is in the free plugin’s code. I do not need support with the paid plugin, you just need to fix some JS in the free plugin.

    As it turns out, our products team is already aware of this issue. An internal bug report has been raised on this for the team to address.

    We prioritize bugs by taking into consideration the number of users impacted as well as how the bug impacts one’s ability to run an event/sell tickets. I don’t have a specific timeline as to when this issue will be resolved, but trust that our team is aware. Our team communicates updates and bug fixes in our newsletter and via our changelog.
