notice # 214 is for the tracker (logged in user not tracked). Would you be able to check your MySQL error log to see if you can find any clues there?

I was referring to the MySQL error log, not php/apache. However, can you please specify the error message displayed along with the error code?

Error code 215 means that something went wrong when trying to do the INSERT in the database to store a new pageview. Can you try to insert a new row manually in phpMyAdmin and see if it works?

But the tracker is not collecting any data? What’s the URL of your website?
