Referrer

So I am pretty familiar with this plugin – and referrers, but I keep getting this weird referral from Chicago and this is it:

http://www.google.com/url?url=www.nutritionandsuch.com&yahoo.com

I don’t get it, so I was just wondering if someone could explain it to me. Is it a person? Is it a bot? Why are they on google and searching for my website with the addition of Yahoo.com? I mean I’m assuming that’s what’s happening.

When you go to that link it’s obviously an invalid link.

I have tons of these from the same IP and the same location doing the same thing over and over again as well a variations on the last few numbers of the IP, same location.
