Refresh avatar images

    Hi,

    I noticed that some avatar images are not shown (=broken) on posts and/or the follower page:

    I recently changed my profile Picture on this account. This resulted in a change of the URL of the Avatar (and removed the image of the old avatar under the old url).

    So is there a way to refresh the URLs/Avatars of all the subscribed users (in case of a change of avatar/profile/url)?
