Refresh Data after Change in Drive

Is there some sort of chaching mechanism?

When I make Changes to the Document, they arent reflected in the embeded data.

Only when I alter the string, for example adding “?usp=share” then the table is immediately freshed, but then again chached.

So how can I disable this caching?
