Refresh issues with WordFence

Let me start by saying I really enjoy your plugin immensely. There are a few things that are not working as planned I feel and/or need some reworking.

1. The Scan Summary and other areas where there is a save button do not indicate very well what is happening. When saving data in WF, the spinner never goes away leaving a user to think things are still happening when they are not.

2 The Scan Summary section is not very helpful as it always shows the same info (for me anyway) and never updates differently leading a user to think nothing is happening.

3. The scan process does not let you see which files there was a problem in. Just says there was a problem.

4. The scan process is not very informative as to when it’s working. I have see it stop simply by switching windows. If this is going to be a time consuming process that is not instantaneous and requires hours of scanning for large sites, then there needs to be a progress bar or something showing progress of what files have been scanned and which have not. Simply putting spinners up is cute, but doesn’t help, especially if they never stop or go away.

5. The scan process I feel needs to work in the background so a user can move on to other things while it scans. Having to sit for 2-3 hours while it sans with no indication of the progress is no bueño IMO. If it has to be done in the foreground then as I mentioned above, a progress bar would be nice.

I understand you are busy and hope that you can implement these changes fairly quickly. I look forward to that update.
