Refresh Menu Options after new plugin install

    Have been using the plugin for a while, works great!

    Have recently added a new plugin but this plugin does not show up in the Adminimize menu options list so that I can control its access and visibility.

    How can I refresh the Menu Option list after installing a new plugin?

    Update the settings page of Adminimize and the options will also set, include an update of all existing menu items.
