Refresh prevention / daily counts

    Hi Lester,

    I have a couple of questions about this plugin, and apologies if they’ve already been answered!

    1. Are page refreshes ignored? E.g., if someone keeps refreshing the page, will the counter increment just once, or every time?
    2. Are counts broken down by day, or just per post? E.g., can I find out “Article A had 300 views on 1st July 2015”?

    1. Every page refresh is a +1 count
    2. No the views are accumulated in total, they are not broken down.

    1 and 2 are designed so that the plugin is lightweight.
