    We’ve purchased this plugin for multiple client sites. However, I am noticing that the reviews haven’t refreshed on any of our sites in months. The newest reviews are 6 months old. Also the Facebook Review Plugin doesn’t offer a way for customers to leave a review. It’s a pretty expensive plugin for it to not work properly. How can I have the plugins refresh with newest reviews and how can I add a link for people to leave a review on Facebook?

    Hi,

    Could you send debug information from the setting page of the plugin to support [at] richplugins.com. Also, could we continue to further conversation through email for priority support because you have a Business version of the plugin.

    About a Facebook question. The problem is not in the plugin, Facebook itself does not have such feature, I mean the API or direct link to write a review function. It’s a limitation of Facebook, not specifically the plugin.
