CF7 is not officially supported but you should be able to get it working by going to PopUp > Settings and change Loading Method to Page Footer.
After that go to your popup and for “Form submit” option set “Refresh PopUp or do nothing (use for Ajax Forms)” option.
That should be it 🙂

Not working. When i changed Loading Method to Page Footer the whole page content appeared inside the popup box. I’m using WordPress AJAX btw. You said that “Form submit” option set “Refresh PopUp or do nothing (use for Ajax Forms)” still not working. 🙁

We didn’t get more info from OP about what fixed it but my guess would be that clearing cache after changing loading method worked.
If this doesn’t work for you please start a new thread and we will check it out.

It seems, I have the same problem with a new website we currently build.
But I read this fix from above and wanted to try it.
Checking the Settings Page out, I was not able to find this “Refresh PopUp or do nothing (use for Ajax Forms)” option.
