I am writing to request assistance with a refund.
I created a support ticket through the official plugin website in the Help Center section to request a refund. The ticket was opened 6 days ago, and I have not yet received any response. I am still waiting for an update regarding this matter.
I would appreciate your help in managing and processing this refund request as soon as possible.
