    We’ve issued a full refund for payment 153710.

    But we never got an e-mail from you. Searching for your PayPal e-mail address, e-mail address on your account, WordPress username, and payment ID inside our ticket system find absolutely nothing. We also checked our spam filters and it’s not there either. In addition, the form on our website for submitting a support request goes directly into our ticket system. The chance you actually sent us an e-mail from a working e-mail account is practically zero.

    Thats weird because I send one via your support form and also one just to support at wpallimport dot com. But I received the refund now. Thanks!
