    Tried contacting you more than once and I haven’t used the plugin for more than 2 days

    Messages have been posted for two days and I have not received a response.

    If there were days when you did not work, why was it not written when buying?

    We’re not allowed to discuss that in ww.wp.xz.cn forum, but since your accusation is very serious, I will answer here.

    This is the information we got from Stripe:

    Refund initiated due to customer request
    An Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) will be available in 1–3 business days.
    
    It may take 5-10 business days for funds to settle.

    You should know it take a few days before receiving your money back, because there are many parts involved: we, Stripe, Visa/MasterCard, your credit card company, you… We also never received your money (it would take 30 days).

    If you don’t believe us, please talk to Stripe support.
