I checked your screenshot; kindly note that this grayed-out section is auto-filled after you set the quantity of a product to be refunded or specify custom amount right next to the item name (as in the following screenshot).

In case this doesn’t help, please send your site’s SSR and we’ll get back to you accordingly. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.
