Refund error

    Hi, when I try to refund a customer with woocommerce it doesn’t work. The loader keeps spinning and the refund it’s not done. Where can I see a log of the error? I can’t find it even if I activated the debug options. Thanks

    All WooCommerce logs can be found by going to the WooCommerce > Status > Logs page. If there is some plugin interfering with the refund process and triggering an error there will be a fatal-error log file. That will show which plugin is triggering an error.

    I can’t find it even if I activated the debug options.

    The option to enable/disable logging for the Stripe plugin is located on the API Settings page of the Stripe plugin.
