Refund Error Prompt

    Client came into an issue using your plugin when attempting to refund:

    The prompt states: “An error occurred while attempting to create the refund using the payment gateway API”.

    I tried disconnecting and reconnecting to square, but it didn’t solve the issue.

    To process the refund, I switched to the official Woocommerce Square plugin.

    Thank you for contacting us, Can you please share the screenshot of the payment settings page along with the order id detail page you are trying to refund.

    Hey there, I didn’t take a screenshot at the time, I’ve switched to another plugin.

    Settings were all default. Was connected to square, had no console warnings. The order was pretty standard with no other errors than the one prompted from your plugin.

    We are unable to replicate this issue at our staging environment please have a look at the videos shared below as the refunds are processing without any issues please follow the videos to refund without any issues.

    Refund via Square.

    Refund Manually.

    Hi,
    We have followed the steps exactly as in the video. The error pops up once we press ‘Refund’ and the process is aborted by your plugin. This is why I submitted the screenshot.
