Hi,
I’ve attempted to issue an automatic refund which has been approved but nothing happened on Stripe’s end. I’m not sure what I should check or look out for because the payments are coming through fine but not the refund.

Thank you for responding so quickly. Does that affect the auto refund by WooCommerce? If so, what is the default Stripe plugin to make the auto refund work
Auto-refund comes from the payment gateway plugin, not WooCommerce itself.

Sorry but the refund still isn’t working with the plugin by WooCommerce. I tried issuing the refund but it didn’t work. There’s no error and I don’t get the refund ID code on the red note issued by stripe
You aren’t able to refund an order with our Stripe plugin for an order placed by the old Stripe plugin you were using, those are two completely separate plugins using different functionality all together.
If you run a NEW test order using our Stripe plugin and aren’t able to refund that, then please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
If you are still having troubles issues a refund on an OLD order placed with the other Stripe plugin, please follow the forum link I mentioned above.
