    Hi Team,

    I have sent email for asking for refund. I have been charged for next year even I dont want the premium support or premium plugin.

    Can you please cancel it as all my emails are not being responded. And initiate the refund for me.

    Hi Team,

    I cant even open a ticket saying my license is expired. Please issue the refund as I already told I am not using your product and I have been simply charged for the next year without even getting my service active.

    Proceed with refund.

    Please dont ignore the ticket, I have no other way to reach you people to get refund for the product which is expired and renewed without my knowledge. I am chasing since day 1.
