Refund Help! Urgent

My account was automatically billed $192 an hour ago for reaching 101% of your pageview limit used. I want to request a refund, effective immediately. I have tried to submit a refund via the contact us feature, which sends me to this forum.
Even though I was billed $192 automatically, my account is still listed as a basic plan.
I have also read other topics on requesting a refund, which got me nowhere. Honestly, this is a massive headache. I want a refund and don’t want to go through a bunch of hoops to get it. I feel like you want folks to give up within the 14-day return policy to keep their money, and I refuse to do that. Please do the right thing and help me with my request for a refund.
Again, please don’t tell me to use the contact me form because that’s not working for me. This is the only way I can do it; doing it this way also gives me a timestamp, which I may need to use if you don’t process my refund. I’m looking forward to a prompt and quick response from you.
