Refund issue

    Hi, we were just given a strange error message when making a refund:

    “Refund 122707 cancelled and removed. Please enter quantity greater then 0 for items to be returned and try again.”

    Then we tried setting the item quantity to 1, and the refund took the full amount of the order rather than the amount we specified.

    Do you know if this error is from this plugin or from elsewhere?

    That error isn’t happening because of the PayPal plugin. If you go to the WooCommerce > Status > Logs page there should be a wc-ppcp log file. If the refund issue is coming from PayPal’s API, you will find an entry in the log file.

    I am doubtful that error is coming from anything related to PayPal. The fact that the error message is referencing a WooCommerce refund ID would suggest it’s coming from within another plugin you’re using.
