Hi @saurab793,
Thanks for reaching out. I understand you’re looking to ensure that refund details processed in WooCommerce are also passed to ShipStation, and it’s important to get clarity on how that sync works.
The ShipStation integration for WooCommerce does not currently support automatic syncing of refund data from WooCommerce to ShipStation. This means that if you refund an order in WooCommerce, the refund will not automatically reflect in ShipStation’s system.
To manage refunds across both platforms, you’ll need to manually record the refund in ShipStation after processing it in WooCommerce. Alternatively, if you initiate the refund from ShipStation (assuming you’re using a supported carrier and payment method), the integration may update the order status in WooCommerce accordingly, but not the other way around.
That said, this is definitely a valuable use case. If you’d like to see this feature added, we’d love for you to submit a request here: https://woocommerce.com/feature-requests/woocommerce/
And if ShipStation has been useful for your store, we’d really appreciate it if you could leave a quick review here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce-shipstation-integration/reviews/#new-post
