Refund request

To whom it may concern. I opened a Jetpackcrm account for $199 on October 20, 2022 and subsequently cancelled my subcripiont and would request a partial of full refund. The invoice information is below. While no reflection on JetpackCRM, I found the software difficult to navigate. Thank you for your condideration in this matter.
