    Hello,

    First, your product is awesome.

    I have a problem that requires your assistance. I saw a price of $3.99 per month for the Pro version of your product. It was only after I hit submit that I noticed the overall charge would be $47.88. I tried to cancel the order by stopping the process through my browser with no success.

    I am a poor author who will not receive a paycheck until next spring when my novel comes out. Please refund the full amount as soon as possible. I have not downloaded the upgrade and just need to continue to use the free version for now.
