    Hello,

    I purchased your plugin a few days ago, trusting that if it didn’t meet my needs, I could request a refund within 14 days as per your policy. Unfortunately, I’ve had a very disappointing experience so far.

    1. I’ve received no response to my support queries despite multiple attempts.
    2. The support documentation provided was not helpful in resolving my issues.
    3. When I requested a refund, I again received no reply.

    I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of support and communication. Since I’ve had no success getting a response via email, I’m now reaching out here in the support forum.

    My order number is 1497337, and I would appreciate it if someone could address this matter urgently. I am requesting a full refund as promised in your policy.
