Refund Request functionality is not working for vendor

    When a vendor tries to open the request refund page by clicking Refund button, it shows Request can’t be sent’ message.

    Thanks for using our plugin if you are using our org version then it doesn’t support vendor functionality to manage refund request .

    Also we would suggest you please share the screenshot of the issue so that we can help you in much better way.

    Firstly, thank you very much for your prompt reply. I don’t know how to paste screenshot here. So, Could you suggest a method to hide the refund button for vendors

    You can use online tools like the awesome screenshot, nimbus, light shot, and more and paste a link for the image directly over here. So that we can check and help you accordingly.

    Thanks for your support. I found a solution. That is, I hide that refund option for vendors. Thanks a lot
