Refund via stripe button missing order screen

    Hi,

    On our website, we have installed and activated the stripe woocommerce plugin. Everything was working fine, but since about two weeks, the button to refund via stripe (and then the refund being triggered via Stripe) is missing. What are we missing here?

    Hi @kees78,

    Thanks for reaching out! To help us understand what might be causing the missing refund button, could you please share:

    1. A screenshot of what you’re seeing on the order page where the Stripe refund button used to appear.
    2. Your site’s System Status Report (WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support).
    3. Any recent fatal error logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs—if there’s anything relevant, you can paste it at https://gist.github.com/ and share the link here.

    Once we have this info, we’ll be able to dig in further!

Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in your reply here. Once we’ve had a chance to review the information, you can delete the paste to remove it from public view.
