    This form builder is ok at best. It was not a good fit. The refund aspects of the company is deep within the site, not upfront like all the others. NO REFUNDS is their policy. Make absolutely sure that this is a good fit for you and your site. Cause all they will offer is their ‘World Class Support’, which was lagging in response or even let me know that there are NO REFUNDS.

    Being “not a good fit” is hardly justification for dissing the developers by posting one star.

    First and foremost, one star is my honest opinion of the software. There is no dissing of developers here. That is my opinion of the software after purchasing and thoroughly evaluating it. It is not a good fit because its functionality and lack of styling do not serve my purpose. I can get more technical, if you would like more feedback, about why it is not a good fit. It may and may not serve to help the developers.
