    Hello!

    I’ve been checking different refunds and have seen that, starting at least April 9th, refunds issued through Woo are showing as refunded, but they’re not actually refunded. Each platform (Stripe, PayPal, and Bizum) does NOT show the refund, and customers are not receiving it.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I can see how concerning it is when refunds show as processed but don’t reach your customers.

    In this case, since the refunds aren’t appearing in Stripe, PayPal, or Bizum, it’s likely that the issue lies with the payment plugin handling those transactions. WooCommerce marks the refund in the order details, but the actual payment is processed through the payment gateway plugin.

    I recommend reaching out to the support team for each payment plugin you’re using to confirm whether refunds are being correctly passed through.
