    Hello,

    I would like to do some modifications in the way free shipping notice is calculated.
    Current behavior:

    Free shipping is applied based on the cart subtotal before any coupons or discounts.

    Issue:

    This creates a problem where users who add products totaling exactly the minimum required amount (e.g., 100) and then apply a discount coupon (e.g., -10%) still see the free shipping message, even though their actual total after discount is below the threshold.

    Requested behavior:

    Free shipping should be granted only if the subtotal after discounts meets or exceeds the minimum threshold.
