Hi there, may I know is your plugin can do this?

similar to “author tag” , but this is like button and linked to page.

Is that Facebook? Yes, it should, if you follow the Setup Guide (ie. make sure authors have their Follow setting enabled).

How information is displayed on Facebook is up to Facebook. A quick Google search turned up these two support threads which may help:
