Regarding sitespeed and different forms

Hi there y’all,

Quick question: Suppose I have 50 pages. And 50 different forms (as in the structure of the forms are nearly the same, but the confirmation emails are different).
And I place 1 form on 1 page, for all 50 pages. Would this affect speed of the website?

I assume, that since the page is loading 1 form, it shouldnt affect the speed, but maybe something under de hood is loading all the forms somehow… Just wanted to be sure.
