Hi, it’s not clear which is your problem, actually. If you create a wordpress page, with the [newsletter] shortcode inside and set it as dedicated page on main settings, every message by Newsletter is shown in that page which is rendered by your theme.
If you share a screenshot explaining what’s bad, we can be of more help, your address is “localhost” hence you’re working on your PC we cannot have a look at your blog from outside.
