Hi @n381,
Just to be sure, it’s the configuration made under the Beehive > Settings > Permissions > Settings for the Editor role? If yes, it should have worked fine out of the box.
One of the reasons for such behaviour would be due to conflict. Could you please try running a conflict test in your staging site and check whether you get the same issue or not? ie by temporarily disabling all the plugins except Beehive and with a default theme.
If the issue is still the same in the staging even after the above then possible to share a full-page screenshot of the existing permissions you have currently applied under Beehive > Settings > Permissions page?
Looking forward to your response.
Kind Regards,
Nithin

Hello, just to confirm for the WP community purpose, that conflict was between this plugin and a few others that are also managing users permissible access, those plugins are the WP Hide Security Enhancer and Admin User Roles Interface.
After disabling both plugins my other user was able to view the Beehive Analytics page, but as those plugins are also needed for the customer centrist website management i had to change the analytics plugin.
Anyhow, thank you for providing the great plugin and the response here in Support forum.
Hi @n381
Thank you for response and sharing the diagnosis with us. I’m sure it will help other community members too.
We’ll also look into it on our end to see if we can improve that compatibility in future.
Have a great day,
Adam
