Regarding woocommerce order

Hi, I don’t want all orders to come in pickupp dashboard, i want only order from specific category. Eg: If customer place order from cat A, and some other place oorder from CAT B, i want orders from CAT B in pickupp dashboard, beacuse I’m using express delivery for only few products, so those orders i want in pickup dashboard, if all orders comes in dashboard it will be confusing
