Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
Unfortunately Redis Object caching is quit problematic, we had multiple users experiencing similar issues (search on the forum). We have never been able to make Redis compatible with our plugin so unfortunately we cannot help you fix this.
Hello,
I understand the situation.
I already post help request on redis cache forum at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/help-please-234/#new-topic-0
And it would be great if you could post there too so that you can get notification from the the author of redis cache.
Have a nice day.

Object caching is not problematic, you just need to fix your plugin, especially if you label it “PRO”.
Does your plugin work with Memcached or file-based object caching, or does it not working with a persistent cache backend at all?

Hello @tillkruess
Thanks for being got involved this issue.
Here are some info for your reference:
We usually use easy engine
https://easyengine.io
Or using Wordops:
https://wordops.net
to deploy a wordpress site.
Both work fine with Redis cache.
Any suggestions in this situation please?
Thanks
