Regenerate thumbnail to remove crop

Is there a way to regenerate the thumbnail or remove the crop settings set up by the plugin?

Example: I cropped the file but after viewing the crop in the frontend I need to change the cropped area. When I use the plugin the second time for the same thumbnail, the image crop comes out completely wrong (I suspect that the plugin uses the previous crop of the image to generate the new one.)
