regenerate thumbnails

the plugin you recommend https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ unfortunately is not updated to the last 3 major releases of wordpress. Do you have any other plugins you can recommend (updated)? I currently use this one: https://devowl.io/wordpress-real-thumbnail-generator/ but often when I regenerate thumbnails the image gets corrupted.
