    Hi,

    So when we try to generate feed it says: https://www.createdbymagic.com/wp-json/ctxfeed/v1/make_feed/save_feed_file 403 and outputs:

    Any idea why this is please we are on OpenLitespeed server

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out. The 403 error indicates that the request to generate the feed is being blocked by the server or a security system, rather than an issue with the plugin itself.

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Temporarily disable any security or firewall plugins and try generating the feed again.
    2. If you are using Cloudflare or server-side firewall protection, please whitelist this endpoint:
      /wp-json/ctxfeed/v1/*
    3. Make sure you are logged in as an administrator.

    If the issue persists, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check if ModSecurity or any firewall rule is blocking requests to /wp-json/ctxfeed/.
