Regex not selected after import

I am importing a .csv file containing a number of redirects, like so:

/old-url/? /new-url/

When I have done this in the past, the inclusion of the question mark in the old url has resulted in the regex checkbox being checked for the imported redirect. However, this no longer is happening.

I have a lengthy list of redirects for which I would prefer not having to manually go back and check the regex box for each individual redirect. Hoping someone can help me fix the problem. Thanks in advance.
